April 20, 2024 - With Artichoke Calzone…..
Wanted to checkin as I had 3 Bottles left.
Blown away!
Very clean and smooth,perfect muted sour cherry and sous bois with flowers exploding on palate and nose at 96 points. My score is low related to experience.

First pour, there was some clarity to the wine, and a nose of cherry mixed with a small amount of olive juice. Lots of fruit on the plate, though less sweet fruit than I typically think of California PN. Definitely a less extracted style, maybe a bit of whole cluster, but not sure. This is the oldest Rivers Marie I’ve had, I think. Later pours are more cloudy and dense in the glass, and a bit more floral on the palate with air. Very tasty.

December 14, 2021 - Great wine. Sour cherries all around. Well integrated. Nice acidity. Long finish.

April 9, 2021 - not as fruity as some but i loved the aging on it. Some cherry left but not sweet more mature, dark or black cherry.
