December 6, 2020 - Decanted for a few hours. Still get a little heat from the alcohol but the red plum fruit is very apparent and more than makes up for heat.

Was singing fine on night two, terrific fruit, Zin flavor, delicious juice
Don't think the timeline is correct but you can feel good drinking now or holding
