May 12, 2014 - Kicking myself for not buying more. At peak. Tannins have smoothed completely. Luscious nose of wild rose. Crisp and refreshing. Great with a slight chill on it, too.

October 11, 2013 - Pasta Bolgnese throwdown at Wolffe's (Coral Gables, FL): This blend of Piedmontese varietals is tannic and extra dy with a medium body and short finish. Better as a second to food, not enjoyable on its own.
