March 4, 2016 - PnP with cold beef and asparagus. Subdued nose of mocha and raspberry jam, garrigue, cedar in the background. Palate is surprising, rich and full but not at all heavy: blackberry, currant, cranberry, mouth-watering acid, not a lot of tannin. Glorious and certainly at peak.

The other two were very enjoyable wines with depth, complexity and intensity. The inconsistency is bad enough that I will be staying away from Colombier in the future.
