Community Tasting Notes 1

January 27, 2014 - Weekly tasting group #105; Bordeaux (@ SB): In the bouquet creamy dark fruits and some vanilla. On the palate dark and red forest fruits and cherries, some spiciness like pepper, firm acidity and sticky tannin, oak bitters. Ok but not really special, but on the other hand it improves with some more air.
