January 28, 2012 - clean, straw colour with green reflexes. nose: a lot of not ripe gooseberries, some cats pee, mandarin at the back; some can spot a little bit of fennel; not very complex but definitly fresh. taste: acidity in the medium range but good enough; more round than othe S-B; mandarin and ripe gosseberries.
