November 26, 2014 - First taste was a dark fruit blast; alcohol was there but transparent. Pepper and spice followed through to the end. Brambles and Mendocino earth made this wine a winner.

March 19, 2014 - A lovely surprise of ripe berries, smooth tannins and distinct smokey reflection coupled with a long smooth finish. The spicy aroma was balanced with a beef dinner, glazed potatoes and a celebration of life.

August 25, 2013 - Aromas of ripe blueberry and ginger. Flavors of blueberry, dark cherry and something else earthy I can't quite identify. A delicious wine I look forward to drinking again.
