February 27, 2007 - This wine although well made, is a bit to grassy for my liking, although I am a firm believer that Sauvignon Blanc without Semillon, is too naked. They are made for each other. Most of the Sauvignon Blancs that I drink call out: Semillon! Semillon! Where art thou!

October 9, 2005 - Drank at winemaker's dinner. Made of pure SB without any typical Semillon. Nice body, Excellent nose and mouth feel. One of the better SB's I've tasted. Crisp balanced acidity with a mouthful more like a New Zealand SB.
