February 24, 2024 - I’m not sure that the wood will fully integrate into the wine. This is quite bone dry and not very charming or pleasing. A shame. Not bad, but not living up to the standard envisioned based on the 2009 cuvée, which IMHO is much better. No falws, just boring… 87-88

May 21, 2021 - The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, black currant (cassis), black pepper and vanilla. It tastes like blackberry, black currant (cassis) and black pepper. The body is full. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.
