April 28, 2024 - Maybe the easiest way to describe it is: a baby Fonsalette. Beautiful nose of anise, berries, and sweat. Really good except the transition to finish is a little disjointed, giving the impression of a sweet finish that moves apart from the acid.

92-93 pts

November 27, 2022 - Tart. Far better second night. Heavy pleasant anise on the nose and palate; good if you like it (I did). Perhaps a fair bottle?

August 8, 2022 - Much better than my last one which I had at a restaurant. This was opened at 9 and served at 7pm...did it very well. It needs air. Grapefruit taste with lots of little fruits/strawberries etc. Nice medium long length. Alcohol came out more pronounced the next day.
