January 15, 2016 - Full, gently oaky nose with good depth. Buttery and minerally. Yellow pear and apple and fresh citrus note. Some development.
Medium-fullish, fresh palate with good grip. Nice concentraition and good intensity. Gently oaky with some stone minerality. Long finish, but also lacking a tiny bit of stuffing.
Of three 2010 Jadot 1er cru's tasted this was most fresh and light-bodied but lacking some stuffing. Aromatically they reminded of each other. Genevrieres came out as the winner. The house style make them remind of each other on the nose. It's on the palate you can feel the difference in structure. None of the wines were fully ready - a pity that the premox makes you hestiate to cellar them for a further 3-5 years. -

November 10, 2012 - K&L Hollywood Burgundy Tasting (K&L Wines, Hollywood): Lemon hard candy. Toasty. Good acidity. Lighter in body for style. Bright fruit.
