  July 1, 2012 - nose - boysenberry and stone. Brain and cindy brought back a piece of the licorella, and it definitely has an odor. not sure the wine had that same odor, but it definitely reminded me of the way stone can smell.
  mouth - slowly building complex sour dark fruit with terrific minerality, and a long palate pluckering tannic finish. A superb wine.

  June 9, 2012 - Love this wine. Still a good amount of tannin which suggests this could age even longer. Packed with dark fruits and a little bit of vanilla that linger on the tongue. I could detect a hint of watermelon at one point. Loaded with minerality, the Priorat from Capafons are some of my favorite wines.

  January 1, 2012 - Still great. Still has enough structure to last a few more years. Sexy mineral packed nose. Dark, dense and loaded with dark berry fruit. Long finish that lays on the tongue along with smooth tannins.

  Raspberry and cherry, layers of dark fruit. Still good acidity and minerality. Well balanced , smooth tannins with plenty of grip. Good length on the finish.
