  October 17, 2021 - This is a huge wine that I can only attribute to the fact that it's equal parts Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. That's an unusual blend with that level of Pinot Meunier.
  
  Very dense wine with powerful bread dough/yeastiness qualities. There's a lot of tart apple and minerals. A very fine mousse. I'm sorry that this is my only bottle, because I think this wine has another 20 years of life in it.

  January 31, 2015 - Opened and consumed over an hour. Light yellow color. Nose has lots of yeast and apple. Green apple and citrus on the palate. Full bodied. Nice enough but forgetable. There are better champagnes out there in this price range.

  September 12, 2013 - Pale lemon in color. Nose exhibits scents of green apple, pear, toasted yeast and almond flower. Baked green apple, pear, caramel, honey, slate on the palate. Small-Medium bead, full-bodied and balanced. Long even finish. Delicious!
