March 6, 2024 - Good start, got much better, harsh for a few minutes, then very good again; all over about 90 minutes.

March 2, 2019 - Initially, so, so. After a short time it got much more full, rounded, and even expansive. Great match with denver steak and winter salad at Laurelhurst Market, Portland, OR. Still has bottle life.

October 1, 2016 - Drinking very well with not too much air time. Smoothing out compared with how it tasted a few years ago. Tonight it was a perfect counterpoint to pepper NY strip steak and horseradish.
