January 20, 2023 - Found this single bottle at a retailer and decided to give it a try. Pleasantly surprised, though I shouldn’t be as this was a pretty good vintage from what should be a decent parcel. Starting to show some secondary notes but plenty fresh. Some faint strawberry with leather on the nose and the palate was quite chalky / graphite-y (apparently a characteristic of certains LSJs). Overall glad with my gamble but agree with another commenter that this is fun under $100

July 15, 2021 - Deep to mid ruby. Upon opening, and at cellar temperature this has a nicely evolving nose of sweet fruit and some earthy sous bois. Over an hour or so this tightens a little, gets a bit darker and more youthful. Very decent. Densely silky, a sense of coolness across some earthy cherry fruit. ***1/2 with upside.

April 17, 2021 - good vineyard, great vintage, average producer.
interesting combination of these three factors results in a pretty decent wine, nothing astonishing, but certainly good value.
Gevrey earth, red fruits, barest touch of mint and spice, indeed has the smallest modicum of Vosne about it. Reasonable length.
    I'd re-buy at sub US $100.

May 1, 2020 - Just starting to enter its drinking window. Lovely nose with Gevrey earth, wild strawberry, cola, some stems and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, nice acidity, sweet wild strawberry, cola, good density and soft tannin on the juicy finish. Will be better with a little more secondary.
