Pinpoint perlage. Cashmere-like mousse.
Citron, acacia, white & yellow flowers, sunshine, rusk aromas. Creamy Golden Delicious apple, lemon, on the palate. A sedate stunner. -

December 22, 2018 - Oog: Strogeel, kroon met vele kleine parels.
Neus: Rijpe appel, brioche, citrus.
Mond: Vele zuren en toch ook een lichte molligheid die de zuren compenseren. Mooie MCC die buigt naar de Franse Champagnes.
