August 6, 2022 - Flavours showing some raspberry and cherry compote fruit ... some dried berry fruit and spices as well. Not heavy or sappy. Medium weight, medium acid, medium drying tannins. Wood influence with vanilla and some caramel. tasty and easy to drink.
Aromas of dried berry fruit, plums, sandalwood, incense. Dusty earthiness. -

September 10, 2021 - Wished for a bit more complexity. Still some raspberry and cherry compote fruit ... but not heavy or sappy. Medium weight, medium acid, medium drying tannins. A bit heavy on the wood influence with vanilla and some caramel. But still tasty and easy to drink.
