February 28, 2018 - A: Light mousse
N: Meyer lemon, physalis, coconut, tart apple, drop of white flowers. Medium intensity. Youthful
P: Aroma is confirmed. Dry to off dry, medium (+) acidity, medium (-) alcohol, medium (+) int, medium (+) finish.
C: Best Valdobbiadene Prosecco that i have ever had. Super balance here. Didn't actually taste like it had high RS. At < $20, i shall drink this again -

January 11, 2018 - Bright straw yellow, with a very fine mousse. The nose is clean, with yellow apple, white peach and white blossoms. The palate has some RS, but the sugar is nicely balanced by medium (+) acidity. The medium alcohol is unobtrusive. There's nice mineraiity in the smooth, tart, palate-cleansing finish. Very good and a very good value. Tasted twice, with consistent results.

February 7, 2012 - The Italian Wine Masters (Metropolitan Pavilion): The nose was elegant, showing lemon and flowers with minerals and field grasses adding earthy depth. On the palate, it was soft with apple and inner florals. The finish was refreshing with notes of peach clinging to the palate.
