June 29, 2019 - Nervous going into it because of the age of the bottle, but tried it out paired with Mexican street corn. The pairing was perfect and the bottle still had life.

May 5, 2013 - Pale, brillant, light-yellow, on the nose honeyed golden apple, green peer, touch of lemon and apricot, almonds, no oak, wonderful slate and flint minerality, and lively acidity. On the palate, honey, pear, baked apple, medium + acidity, crisp, refreshing. The acidity carries the minerality to a long finish. Super representation of chenin blanc!

December 30, 2012 - Medium-dry, good minerality. Drank well young and didn't perceive a lot of acid; not sure how well this will age.

September 22, 2012 - Had a taste. Nice quince nose with some hints of grass. On the palate green fruits and some funkiness, very nice acidity. Good but not sure if this is a re-buy.
