    April 24, 2022 - 2 glasses drawn with Coravin.

Color just starting to get a hint of amber. Fab nose! Cedar. Baking spices. A little minerality. Deep flavors of dried black fruit, fig, some earthiness. Huge finish!

March 24, 2019 - Just pop and pour, drank for 2 hrs
It was so perfumed with vanilla and mint upon opening.
Palate was very smooth, filled with vanilla , graphite, dark chocolate , with medium finish
Not particularly complex but very easy and enjoyable to drink, many friends liked it!

August 24, 2012 - I would describe this as an earthy SLV. Not much on the nose, but the fruit is well integrated with savory notes of forest floor, mushroom, and plum. Tannins integrated with only a slight grip on the finish. A slight touch of oak. Overall, a good wine that is ready to drink.

December 20, 2009 - Shy nose that showed some hints of ripe dark fruit. Very smooth on the palate with oak elements predominately. The fruit that was present seemed to be hiding in the background. This wine had the distinct feeling of being closed even after 3 hours in the decanter. A big disappointment for me. My hope was that it would have showed better in the blind format. Considering my fondness for this winery I hold hope for the future that the wine will blossom again with time.

October 4, 2009 - Drinking well right now. A bit overpriced for the quality, but still had some nice fruit. Plums and sage with mild tannins.
