March 6, 2024 - 48 års bryllupsdag. På tide å feire sammen med Adi og en gammel Fsmily White blend fra 2011. Og fortsatt på topp.
Nydelig blomsterlukt, honning og ananas. Smak er moden sitrus med skall. Mandel og tropiske litt fete frukter. God fruktighet, full kropp. Men ved åpning og i den lange ettersmaken er det toner av sherry.nKanskje aldringstein.
Men fantastisk vin. Adi kommer aldri å lage en like von. Men det vil heller ikke den kjekke hippier der nede.

October 19, 2019 - 2011, and still razy, almost full bodied white. Very complex, and lot of different friut. At ones almost to much to sip alone. But together with fresch seashrimps, majo and whitebread it was a delight company. But could been even better with tasty seafish an fatty buttersauce. Looking foreward to try new vintages next week at the winery.

Slightly closed nose but an incredible delicate palate that makes you want more. Lovely.
