December 9, 2023 - The Sixth Annual World's Largest Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine (Houston, Texas): Retail $22. 53% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir, 6% Pinot Blanc, 2% Aged Reserve Blend. Quite pale, with fresh strawberries, and a bit of an autolytic aspect. The palate is, well, fantastic with plenty of fruit, a bit of the croissant aspect, and just a kiss of sweetness. Nice. Excellent. 92 Points.

December 27, 2022 - Retail $22. 53% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir, 6% Pinot Blanc. I got two bottles of this wine a couple of years ago for my Third Annual Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wines and I had forgotten about this bottle in my cellar until I was trying to make some room for my latest ill-advised purchase. On the light side of rosé, I guess, with a decided orange hue. Fruity nose of wild strawberry and cherry, with a mineral note and just a hint of yeast. The palate is fruity with a hints of yeast and funk (I love the funk) and is quite tart, on the verge of bracingly so. The finish is above-average and highlights the tart fruit.

May 28, 2021 - A really nice sparkling Rose’ for the money! Great fruit and not terribly dry. Enjoyed with Cyndi and Ann at our house.

December 14, 2020 - The Third Annual Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine: Retail $22. 53% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir, 6% Pinot Blanc. A deeper color here, but only barely—again, a mélange of orange and pink, with neither clutching the upper hand. The nose is inviting, but odd. Mocha? Coffee? It is certainly not off-putting in the slightest but unexpected? You betcha. The palate is fruity, balanced with tartness, and certainly well-made. It’s a lovely wine. thedrunkencyclist.com

March 27, 2020 - NV but this bottle was purchased 12/30/16. Per CellarTracker, this wine is well beyond it's time and I was leery about what I was going to find. In the end, this is still drinking great!

Color: salmon (not at all in the traditional pink family)
    Nose: slate, limestone, yellow apple
Palate: strawberry - especially as it opens and warms, grapefruit, orange
Mouthfeel: medium (surprisingly) fruity soft start, moves to strong acidity but not super long finish
