February 11, 2023 - Gamey black currant and cassis with hints of red licorice. Rich, smooth tannins with high alcohol and acidity. Full bodied. Excellent compliment to red meat and strong cheeses.

November 18, 2022 - Had this over several nights; once with a charcuterie board and the other Middle Eastern food. A veritable panoply of fruits that kept reminding me of a Cherry Coke in a good way. The same the next night although less so with the fruits fading more quickly. Glad I opened this now as I don't think it would have lasted much longer.
