July 1, 2023 - Wow. Fruit still there. Good depth shows what screwcap can do to retain flavour!
    Rich. Lush. Enjoyed.

January 1, 2017 - Dull and one dimensional. I like Gnarly Dudes, but this bottle was nothing like the others. Maybe the age?

January 5, 2013 - Consistent results with last night's bottle.

    January 4, 2013 - Gorgeous opaque black-purple color.

As before, a serious funk on the nose that takes 60-90 minutes to blow off. The nose is more like the wine is from Rhone vs Oz. After the funk blows off, it has a earthy-blood funk with intense blackberry and a hint of vanilla.

Intense blackberry, smoke, spice, black cherry on the palate. Acidity keeps the big fruit in check so the wine is nicely balanced.

    Very long finish.

October 18, 2012 - Solid QPR. A serious funk on the nose takes 60-90 minutes to blow off. Even after, it has a earthy-blood-jerky funk long after. Typical Oz Shiraz opaque black-purple color. Intense blackberry on the nose with a hint of vanilla/cream. Fig. Fat, round, and smooth on the palate with more intense blackberry (typical Oz fruit-forward style), smoke, cedarbox, spice, black cherry. Nice acidity balances fruit. Smooth and balanced. Very long finish. Would not know this wine is 15%ABV.

Two Hands is a solid producer. I haven't had a product from them I didn't like.
