May 19, 2021 - Decant, drank between 45 minutes and two-three hours. Purple ruby. Smoke, earth, meaty notes on nose. Medium to full bodied. Very smooth, not too concentrated, nice fruit, very balanced but not complex and comes up a bit short. Very delicious, however, with a nice flavor profile. This is ready to go and is unlikely to improve any further, so drink up. (91-92).

November 8, 2019 - Tasted vis-avis the S. Cosme, this is very different, tight, classical, fine acidity, structure - U, prefered this, not surprisngly, it is a very French wine. Mature, but will go on 5 years, no problem
