November 22, 2023 - First Wednesday Wine Club Rhone Dinner (One Penny Red, Summer Hill): Fleshy smelling black hued fruit, berries, a little currant, touch of olive tapenade, still 'opening'. Rich, thick, dense, alcohol prickle, dark hued fruits, muted tannins are softly textured, raspy, alcohol warmth on the finish. Feels like it needs time.

March 25, 2022 - Robe dense;
Nez à la fois dense & en fraîcheur, principalement sur un mélange de fruit rouge comme la cerise & les fruits bleus (bleuets & mûres). Impression florale qui prends plus de place avec le temps, petite pointe de tapenade d'olive & une impression fumée complète le bouquet.
Bouche en ligne avec le nez, bonne densité & structure bien supporté par le fruité. Texture lisse & veloutée en attaque qui se durcit légèrement en finale. Impression de poussière de roche bien présente du début à la fin. April 18, 2021 - 第一天，气味上，没啥出彩的地方，收紧的感觉，些微品种特征。口中的味道也类似，有厚度。接下来两次，都极差，喝不出是Syrah，就是个extracted的酒。
