August 11, 2023 - Lovely nose, hesitating between crushed rocks and leather, plus some blackberry and ink. The palate has brambly fruit, straw, and leather, with good concentration length and enough acidity to keep it fresh.

October 20, 2022 - PNP into Zalto Universal glass (“No” day): medium garnet to the eyes.
Dark red berries and black cherry notes. Olive and minor soy notes. Beef soup stock.
Garrique nuance and nicely integrated at this stage.

June 18, 2022 - Medium to full body, deep garnet, mature colour. Impressive aroma of black fruits, pepper, leather and spices’ box. Predominantly black currant and mineral palate following by lingering juicy finish. Delicious wine, benchmark of Syrah, rich and complex but elegant and balanced, lovely acidity and ripe tannins. Food friendly, well pairing to filet mignon. Serve 16ºC - 20ºC. Open half hour ahead. Drink now and next four/six years.
