August 17, 2007 - Vietnamese Reataurant: This was very minerally, and contained crushed rock, and crushed ice notes--with pineapple juice for good measure; not too sweet, lite in mth, good acidity; a touch green looking. This was way too sophosticated and minerally for the Viet food--needed swt! This was not happening for me w/this food. Maybe w/shellfish in spicey sauce???
