April 25, 2024 - Deep ruby red with a bouquet of berries, tobacco’ leather and oak. Lovely soft tannins, plum, raspberry. Still has years to go.

August 28, 2020 - Blended Black crimson colour. Medium spicy aroma, black pepper, brambles, spice, dried herbs, mocha. Well balanced, fresh black fruit, plum, blackberry, black cherry. Strong but fine tannin, still fresh acidity. Full body with a very long finish, smooth long profile.
I wouldn’t have picked it as 11 years old, so fresh and so well balanced. Performing very well many years ahead. Poured straight from an aerator and it was all it took, minimal decanting and taste beautiful. Couldn’t ask for more.1 person found this helpful Comment -

August 15, 2020 - A very impressive wine and alas, we opened it too early. Needed to be more patient! A youthful Cabernet at moment so it has the usual tobacco, blackcurrent, cigar notes, and quite a chocolate mouthfeel. Tannin was well masked by the fruits, making it drinkable now if you would like to. Drink in 5+ years and can go for another 20 years under screw cap.

May 23, 2020 - Nice Australian Cabernet with punchy fruit and vanilla oak touches of bramble and twiggy overtones. Drinking very well now with many layers of flavours.

December 26, 2019 - A very good Cabernet. A balance of tannins and fruit. Still a few years off complete harmony but a superb drop now.
