May 21, 2015 - Historical Bodegas Bilbainas Tasting Event (plus dinner at La Piperna) (Bodega Santa Cecilia - Madrid): Terrific champagne. Class in the glass. Sexy and seductive. I fell in love with that meringue note. Pure lush and opulence keeping on balance and elegance.
Nose is a winner here but palate is consistent and quite long.
Easy WOTN. Second time I meet this and always delicious.

On the nose apple pie, honeyed with some saline hints. Sherry-like? Don't think so.
Explosion in the mouth affecting different parts if it. Crispy.
Complex, full personality here.
Bitter on the palate with an acid finish. Delicious and surely unique.

Tarta de manzana, meloso con un fondo salino en nariz. Oxidativo, ¿cómo un Jerez? No lo creo.
Explosión en boca en diferentes puntos. Chispeante.

En boca se muestra amargo y con un ácido final. Delicioso y seguramente único.
November 12, 2012 - Certainly the best bottle of this that I've had out of several, this is at the peak of its maturity and drinking wonderfully. Tarlant's rich, vinous house style is writ large here, but there is an outrageous flamboyance to this wine with its notes of crystallised ginger and lemon curd that adds an extra dimension of excitement. A Liberace of a Champagne.
November 12, 2012 - Similar to previous note. Forward and sexy, this has a louche charm all of its own. Gorgeous booze.
July 13, 2012 - Dripping with buttery, honeyed tones this complex, evolved vintage Champagne has reached maturity and is drinking beautifully now. Poached pears and cinnamon come to mind; rich and gentle with just enough acidity. Divine.
