August 10, 2023 - The Coravin bottle was delicious a couple of months ago, with roast chicken. The rest I used tonight to make a marinade for the grilled, poussin. Great QPR but it is time to drink these bottles.

December 9, 2022 - Rest of the Coravin bottle. Lemon, lime, minerals, a bit of nuts. Delicious with the grilled swordfish. Drink soon. Great QPR on close-out

March 6, 2021 - Not quite as fresh as the previous bottle, but still very good. Enjoyed this as a pre-dinner aperatif.

    February 12, 2021 - 13.8% abv. 194 cases. Recent auction purchase.
I never had this in its youth, but it seems to be in a good spot now. Didn't taste over the hill to me - showed good energy and an abundance of interesting flavors. Good balance, nice depth, persistent finish - this was actually pretty darn good. No overt oak at this stage, but this is an oaked style and very well done. Tasted over 2 days - consistent throughout.
