February 17, 2024 - Excellent wine, drinking superbly at present. Very typical Australian shiraz notes with gum on the nose, rich stewed berry fruit fruit flavours, and a dusty finish. Yummy.

November 1, 2023 - Deep purple with a little brick red around the edge, nose of dark plum, port, balsamic caramelised onions... lovely deep dark flavours, cacao, choc, deep black forest cherry jam... balanced acidity and still nice powdery tannins... yes peak drinking... thankfully it's the last of this vintage for me.

October 7, 2022 - Creamy vanilla, Choc, Herbs, subtle pepper, smooth spices. med finishing. Peak drinking I believe...

June 14, 2019 - A much fuller expression of Coonawarra shiraz than the earlier wines from this region. The oak and tannins dominated the nose and palate at first although the dark fruits were also evident albeit underlying. The second night saw the Coonawarra character becoming more evident and the overall experience became more satisfying.
