August 11, 2022 - There is a lovely nose here and I have no doubt this would've been a very good wine if picked about 2 weeks sooner. As I expected, the 15.8% alcohol has weighed on this wine as its aged and the finish is marred by excessive heat and a strong taste of alcohol. A Parker 100 that never was and never will be...
