December 27, 2012 - Lovely true salmon color. Nose of mineral, slate, traces of strawberry. Taste is a bit watery, and not much fruit until the alcohol arrives. Finish is a bit metallic with vague traces of berry skins. Not as good as past years, maybe in an odd phase.

June 23, 2012 - A very tasty and easy to drink rosè. Pale color with a very light nose. Good acidity and strawberry fruit flavors. Lots of tartrate precipitation in the bottle right out of the cellar. Quite a pleasant bottle for a sunny Saturday afternoon.
