Community Tasting Notes 10

Notable presencia.

February 2, 2023 - Deep inky ruby. Rich ripe fruited nose, and a little bit of violets and herbs. Full and fleshy, whilst with mouthwatering acids as well as savoury earthiness along with ripe cranberry and blackberry. Lengthy, and has very rich fruits accompanying the fresh herbs in the finish. Great!

June 12, 2022 - DWS in La Boheme, (By RVe): A lot of old age and celery aromas in the bouquet. Same on the palate. Ok acidity, but this bottle was clearly too old. No score.

    May 7, 2022 - Deep Ruby

    High Acidity
    High Tannin
    High Alcohol
    Full Bodied
    Long Finish

    Medium (+) Intensity
Blackberry, Blueberry, Black Cherry, Cedar, Clove, Smoke, Tobacco

Wow, 12 years in the cellar still punch you in the face, powerful and intense, really grippy tannin, the fruit was there but can't say it's concentrated, not a really fruit forward wine but still balanced enough. Can drink now, but has potential for further ageing.

July 11, 2021 - Beautiful wine with dark berries, toast and beautiful oak. On the palate dark berries, spices, chocolate, good acidity and tannin. Young maturity stage now.
