January 21, 2018 - Still in its drinking window, but probably towards the end, needed only half an hour to open. Nose and palate so characteristic of the winery, a fruitier interpretation of the CS. Medium body, still a nice acidity, medium minus tannins, semi-long finish. Mostly forest berries and some sour cherry, chocolate as well and a tad tar. Basically delicious.
