August 7, 2023 - Deep, Rich, earthiness, and complex flavors that are amazing for wine at this price point. A touch of rust. A touch of rusticity adds another dimension. A great pairing with some grilled meat.

February 6, 2021 - 89/90. A nice fullish wine with complex leathery aromas of limestone infused blueberries, flowers, cranberries, coffee and mint hints. Its medium bodied solid yet smooth decently oaked flowery palate has decent opulence and good freshness. Ends mediumish, fresh and tapering. Lay down 5 years+. 13.5%. Had this with Axoa de Veau and this was a perfect match.

October 20, 2018 - Quite dark. Splashed and held for two hours before consumption. Inky taste. Unusual. Deep and black fruit. Smooth tannins. Quite purple.
