October 22, 2016 - Took a very long time to open. Dark fruit with a nice Syrah spice finish.

January 2, 2015 - Deep purple in color with some herbal and dark fruit notes on the nose. On the palate, some nice spice with brambly fruit that is well balanced and good acidity and a long finish.

November 24, 2014 - Even better than last time - still grenache heavy with plenty of ripe cherry, but there's a nice & noticeable peppery finish too, I assume from the syrah.

December 20, 2013 - powerful and refined. The spiciness of the grenache is predominant, but I found nothing but positive things - strong fruit, some nice bacon fat and leather notes and a touch of earth. Drinking very well at this time.

December 14, 2013 - Agree with others that the Grenache is predominant here. Overall a nice wine.
