May 12, 2014 - this has taken a while to come around. first hour open was pretty tough going. showed overly nail polish and some too aldehydic notes in the aromas and/or palate. still has the nail polish going on the palate, apple fruit. maybe note the soundest example of this wine, but i'll be damned if I won't see if it comes around to something. still enjoyable, but just a bit off perhaps.

October 18, 2013 - Surprisingly light yellow in color--if judging exclusively on color I'd have said it wasn't a Coenobium. Disappointingly muted bouquet and thin palate. I detected a slight whiff of vinegar. I kept going to the glass expecting more, but each time I did I was reminded of Welch's White Grape Juice in smell, taste, and mouthfeel. Overall this was an unimpressive bottle of wine, and based on my experience with the producer and wine I'm calling this a flawed bottle. Not rated.

July 15, 2013 - A lovely shade of orange. Taste is citrusy, lightly floral. Tanic / chalky mouthfeel. I don't agree with the other reviewer about this tasting like a normal, boring white wine... but it IS fairly boring and one-dimensional for a Bea. You can definitely buy something more complex and interesting for the money - though maybe it won't be an orange wine.

June 1, 2013 - Refreshing acidity, low alcohol but not sweet, tart in a nice way, a distant hint of bubbly

April 20, 2013 - This bottle seems to have lost much of the freshness I experienced several months ago and was distinctly cidery in a way that could lead one to question whether it was wine at all.
