February 24, 2024 - 2 hour decant and tasted. Dark and brooding with intense plum and dark cherries flavor with well integrated tannins.
Herbal notes with graphite dustiness. -

November 26, 2023 - Last bottle may have been flawed as this was excellent. No age issues and smooth with good fruit expression of mostly black currant and blackberry. Slight smokiness came through. Beautiful wine and drinking well

December 22, 2022 - Dark violet in color. First nose of smoke, oak, and dark berries. Second nose of dark berries. Blueberry and black raspberry. Very mellow, however, the tanins are still there. Smooth with a very dry finish.

September 4, 2022 - Decanted for about an hour and served with dinner. The smell of this wine is heaven, inviting you to drink it sooner than you should. I was surprised how bright this 12 year old wine was at the front Clear dark cherries then a longer dry finish. So nicely balanced. A wonderful wine. I didn’t want the bottle to end. I’ve not found Boudreauxs that I love ( so much more to try) but this bourdeaux style wine is in my top 3 Napa wines of all time. Thank you quintessa

August 20, 2022 - Brawnier than I remember. Paired nicely with prime beef. Lost out to an amazing Larkmead LMV, but hey, I’m not complaining.
