January 30, 2022 - Still alive! Opened this as a Hail Mary rather than throwing it down the sink and I’m genuinely impressed. The nose is still very floral and has that classic Muscat aroma. The palate still has lemon acidity and apricot spice, although it’s now finishing a little quick. Would absolutely drink this again. Had it with with Thai food.

November 18, 2012 - Nice rather full bodies Gewuerztraminer. Dominating fruit is gooseberry with some sweetness and only subtle acidity. Slightly zesty, peppery mouth. Overall a relatively warm Traminer. Had it with Dorade which was nice but would have preferred some more minerality and acidity with this food - wine would go even better with some more creamy food such as potato gratin.
