August 7, 2016 - Deep garnet. Strawberry, earth, and cinnamon nose. Medium to full bodied, raspberries, pepper, dirty cherries, well integrated if slightly bitter tannins, smoke, herbs, and a nice red fruit finish. Three years later and still going strong.

March 20, 2015 - I have a glass pitcher that will easily hold two bottles of wine. This Barbera is the type of wine that I Vinturi into the pitcher. It is gulpable. I just sat it in the middle of the table last night and the 3 wine drinkers poured at will until it was gone. A sad moment, so I opened another. It's an everyday red but better. Get yourself some.
