August 17, 2012 - Popped and poured, first impression very dissapointing: fizzy and overly acidic, did not change after an hour. Was going to throw it out but decided to give it a second chance after a day open in fridge. Big surprise, next day pleasant to drink, fizz gone and 'normal' Chile Pinot Noir characteristics.
