  July 25, 2014 - Nose of salt and pepper shrimp. Some floral highlights. Sort of a savory soy sauce note. And, best of all, that smell of burned wood when one's circular saw blade is too dull. This all sounds very interesting, but it's really not, and the palette is quite flat and uninspired.

  November 1, 2013 - Grøn i farven
  Starter med at være lidt for grøn/skarp, men efter en times tid kommer hele paletten frem i duften. Tropisk frugt, ananas og en masse andet som jeg ikke kan fange. Meget kompleks.
  Kan ikke fange at den har været fadlageret. Mangler fedmen. Drukket til stegt sandart med flødesauce og pasta. Godt match. God medium-lang eftersmag.
