Community Tasting Notes 1

November 19, 2012 - Strangely compelling. Very dry, a bit acidic, but not showing the hard austerity or flintiness of many chablis. It's not a killjoy. The nose is welcoming and the initial fruit is tasty and inviting, and then ZAP! comes the pucker and the tang and the acid. I don't love it, but I like it a lot for it's multi-layered character. Will definitely buy more. Very good QPR.
