January 19, 2016 - Opened and drank over several nights. It wasn't until the third night that the wined opened up with a nose of lavender, smoke and jammy red fruit. The fruit came out on the palate with a nice blend of tannins. I wasn't very interested in the wine the first couple of nights but after the third night, I wish I had more bottles.

November 6, 2013 - Decanted 2 hrs, dense purple color, nose of alcohol and spice, medium mouthfeel, medium length finish with some oak/alcohol/spice, minimal fruit, good QPR at $12, last bottle.

July 6, 2013 - Nice Malbec. Good for 10 bucks.

April 21, 2013 - This needed a decant but after opened up to a nice Malbec. Additional cellar time would not hurt it at all...

November 25, 2012 - Popped & Poured, detected notes of oil, blueberry and dried cherries. Wine got much richer and smoother as it breathed and perhaps warmed a bit too. A fine value play.
