  September 27, 2014 - Heavier than a typical pinot. Definitely has some other grape varietals added in to give it some weight. Ok but not worth the price for me.

  June 29, 2014 - Not your typical Pinot unless you are used to big pinots that taste more like Pinot/Syrah/Cab blends. Delicious but not what you would expect from a Pinot but perhaps from Paso it's what should be expected. Want something different that's very tasty? Then try this wine

  August 2, 2012 - Decanted for about 2 hours. Color is a dark magenta, about 85% saturated and very slow, lightly stained legs. Profound and deliciously rich nose of black berry, mulch, bacon, and potpourri. Palate is very smooth but not seamless and comes in a little short of what the bouquet promised. Could still be somewhat trapped in it's youth, but I don't expect much transformation. Light tannins, average acidity, and the touch of heat gives away it's origin. Very good wine, average qpr 5+11+14+7 = 87
