March 20, 2023 - #2 Cata Amics Porreres - Champagne: The wine looks yellow colored. It smells like honeysuckle, lemon, lime, apple, biscuity and leesy. The body is light/medium. The wine has narrow texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium+ acidity. Lacked a bit of bubbles.

March 19, 2023 - Disgorged 07/2019. As others have noted, this benefited from time. Toasty brioche with a nice balance of acid and light bubbles. Really lovely, particularly for the price. Would buy, and hold, others.

May 17, 2022 - I am not an experienced bubbly drinker (yet!) but am working on it, and I have to say I really loved this wine. Lots of zest, good pastry/brioche notes but nicely subdued so not overwhelming. Did not take notes, but mental note is it’s a lovely b-d-b and one I will definitely be buying more of - it’s a bit of a find in my opinion.
