Community Tasting Notes 3

June 8, 2019 - Notes much similar to my previous tasting about a year ago. But one change; I see I then wrote; hold 5-7 years. I don´t think so anymore based on this recent bottle. Now I would say; drink up. Nice wine still, not downhill, but I don´t sense any further development. 90P

April 14, 2018 - A nice mature yellow colour. In the nose. Apple and peach in the nose and with a little sense og oak and vanilla below the fruit. On the palate peach and pleasant acid. Nice medium long finish with apples and some acidity. A wine for food. Drinkable now and the next 5-7 years also I think. 89-91P

March 27, 2012 - Burgundy holiday 2012; 3/22/2012-3/29/2012 (Beaune, France): Ripe yellow apples, almost heading to a banana nose its so ripe. Quite full and concentrated in the mouth, touches of toffee apple.
