  Ha bisogno di molta aria per dissipare una fastidiosa nota di volatile che rimarrà anche nel retro-olfatto. Solita eleganza ovattata dei vini del Domaine con più di 20 anni.
  Anche la bocca è tenue, elegante e molto beverina, tutta in sottrazione.
  Dal finale torbato resta una patina emolliente e quasi zuccherata che ricorda una Coca Cola sgasata.
  Non il mio genere di vino invecchiato, ma tutt' altro che da buttare!!

  November 22, 2008 - Justin's 31st Birthday (Olympia, WA): Not much life left in this one, time to drink. It cracked up a bit in the glass, but I loved the soft, peat-driven personality. A charming, mature Burg.
